Step #1 : Suggest more paperwork for inane things, maybe catalogue what color socks people wear on a certain day. Hire someone and pay them a really crappy wage to do this. Or get some other overburdened worker to do the work after work, or on holidays. Fire this person bi-monthly and replace them with someone younger and without much expierence. Fire that person for strange reasons, blame the world economic crisis on them.

My last show in a band is Saturday... We scatter and go our different ways. I had a great time. Though I can say we had only a handful of amazingly attended show... We made in my opinion the most beautiful music, and did not sell out to be a gaggle of costumed antic driven musicians that is so required in Taiwan for people to actually go and attend a show. Play fucken music, love what you do every moment.
